Having worked alongside our clients for almost 20 years as part of a Maryland-based employee benefits firm, Richard J. Princinsky and Associates, Inc, we were often reminded of the key element in offering effective human resources and benefit enrollment services:  Focus. We felt that a rebranding initiative that better reflected the evolution of our service mission was in order. Our rebrand to Total Focus HR Solutions was our recommitment to the exceptional HR and benefit enrollment services that our clients have relied on and can continue to expect from us.

In February 2019, Total Focus HR Solutions was purchased by Allegeant, a full-service employee benefits firm and third-party administrator (TPA). The transaction brought together two like-minded organizations whose complimentary services deliver total employee management solutions to the marketplace.
